Mom IPTV Not Working? Fix It in Minutes

Start Here: The 2-Minute Fix

This simple restart fixes the majority of 'Mom IPTV down' moments, because it clears a frozen app and refreshes your connection.

Login Failed or Invalid Credentials

• Check the server URL, username and password for typos. They are case-sensitive, and our IPTV Smarters login help explains each field.
• Make sure the server URL starts with http:// and includes the port number if one was given.
• Check your plan hasn't expired. Your end date is in your order confirmation, or ask support.
• If you watch on more screens than your plan allows, the extra screen is refused. Close the app on another device and try again.

Channels Load but Keep Buffering

Buffering almost always means the stream isn't getting enough steady bandwidth. Run a speed test on the same device: you want about 15 to 20 Mbps per screen for Full HD. Wi-Fi through walls is the usual culprit, so move the router closer, switch to 5 GHz, or use an Ethernet cable.

TV Guide Is Empty or Shows the Wrong Times

• Open the player settings and choose Update EPG or Reload Guide, then wait a few minutes.
• Set the player's time zone, or EPG time offset, to match where you live.
• Clear the app's cache if the guide still doesn't fill in.

Bought Mom IPTV From Another Website?

Several websites use the Mom IPTV name. If your subscription came from another site, its login only works on that seller's servers and we can't see or fix that account.
